Evans and King Coffee roasts only in small batches on a daily basis. By roasting in smaller batches daily, we are able to create and maintain a freshness uncommon with other large production roasters. All of our coffees are roasted and shipped the same or next business day following your order.
We always encourages small but frequent orders for our wholesale and retail customers so no coffee served is 2 weeks past the roast date.

On Our Quality….
For us, everything starts with the coffee plant. Evans and King Coffee starts by only choosing the highest quality coffees from some of the highest quality coffee farms and plantations throughout the world. The most critical aspect of a great coffee is when the “coffee cherry” has been picked. If a “cherry” has been picked too early or too late, then the coffee’s potential has immediately been reduced. By selecting only the best farms throughout the world, it ensures that the pickers have a great deal of expertise in hand selecting the perfect cherry.
As the raw coffee enters our warehouse, we roast only in small batches on a daily basis. This allows us to roast our coffees to order, and ship the same day. By the time you receive the coffee, the beans will be perfectly degassed of its excess CO2 and ready to be ground and served. Our coffee, like any coffee, is best if served within 10-14 days after roasting.
