Big Easy-Similar to New Orleans, this coffee is about as easy going it gets.  A blend Colombian beans, all taken to a light City Roast to highlight their complexities and sweetness all while showing off its balanced acidity.

Papua New Guinea-Taken to a full city roast, this award winning coffee displays a medium body with a sweet acidity highlighting the fruity undertones.  This coffee took 8th place in the 2008 SCAA Roasters Choice Competition!

Big River Espresso-A perfect blend of beans from around the world, combined to produce an amazing balance of acidity, body, and one of the thickest crèmes known to man.  The oils and sugars create a great cap to a full bodied balanced shot, surely to make that cappuccino stand out!

Grand Finale-Blended particularly with desert in mind, this blend complements the sweet influence without overpowering.  Blending beans from South America at a Full City roast with dash of beans from Asia at an Espresso roast, this blend is the perfect compliment to chocolate.

Tanzanian Peaberry-The berry and floral undertones influence the aroma with a sweet winey taste.  A dynamic coffee with a good but delicate body.  This coffee is great!

Mountain Rush-Here, we’re looking for a unique combination of richness, acidity, and body.  We take the Sumatra to an Espresso roast and combine it with the Colombian at a Full City Roast in a 50/50 blend.  Can be used as a morning coffee because of the acidity from the Colombian, but also has the dark roast nuances.

Smooth River-A great cup, like many gourmet products, is judged by its balance.  What we’re looking for in the Smooth River is a coffee that is perky and acidic enough to be a morning cup, while at the same time having a heavy enough body to counteract and offset the acidity.  The Smooth River is 100% Columbian Supremo at a Full City Roast.

Black and Tan-75% Sumatra French Roast, 25% Colombian Full City roast.  This is designed to provide all of the dark roast benefits with just enough Columbian for a twist.  The Sumatra element here is darker than Mountain Rush, and more prevalent in the blend.

Black Bear-Our French roast, Sumatra grade one, known for its full body and low acidity.  The Sumatra goes dark very well.  Its earthy and bittersweet, with an uncommon smoothness.

Peruvian Fair Trade Organic-A smooth chocolaty sweetness allows this coffee to show off its rich flavors in a bright way.  Pair this coffee with a dessert and you may just think you’ve already made it to Heaven!
